At a glance
For over 25 years, Xplore has been organizing trips to the United States and Canada. Its strength lies in its firsthand knowledge of the destinations. The itineraries are explored in person and transformed into tailor-made trips, with the assurance of relying on true specialists.
After nearly ten years online, the website needed a more modern look and navigation paths that better reflect how people choose trips today. We redesigned the information architecture, UX/UI design, and visual identity with a simple goal: to help those who dream of America find their ideal itinerary in just a few steps.

Get your bearings before leaving
The project began with a discovery phase conducted in collaboration with the Xplore team. Together, we analyzed the existing website, its content, and the brand’s positioning to identify objectives, challenges, and priorities.
Based on this analysis, we redesigned the information architecture and navigation. Every user can quickly find the option that best matches the trip they have in mind.
A significant part of the work focused on touchpoints. The most frequently asked questions are answered directly on the pages, in clear and well-structured FAQ sections. As a result, the inquiries received by staff come from people who already have a clear idea of their trip. This same approach also makes the content more readable for search engines and AI assistants.

A big-screen America
For the visual identity, we drew inspiration from cinema, with a subtle nod to the wide-open spaces and stories we all associate with the United States.
The typography uses a typeface for the headings that evokes Western movie posters. We paired it with a more understated font for the body text, which remains legible even on pages packed with information.
Photography takes center stage on the site. On one hand, there are the vast landscapes, canyons, and roads stretching into the horizon. On the other, there are the attractions to experience firsthand. The images fill the entire available space and enhance the reading experience on each page.

LISTENING IS THE FIRST CHAPTER OF EVERY STORY.
And we can’t wait to write yours.
